Terms of License:

1. The intent for open source code is for the advancement of technology and dissemination of information.  The source code is provided for easier maintenance and porting to different platforms.  Open source code does not mean license to steal.  As such it is expected that the user use not abuse the privilege and the freedom this policy offers.  Terms of license are the same as GNU or Apache open source code policy with the following exceptions.

2.  It is the responsibility of the website owner to provide a free player that can play the content.  He may offer more advanced options (such as ease of use and more features) at a cost to the user.

3.  License is freely granted for personal and non-commercial use.  It is also freely granted for websites that provide classical music in the conventional sense.

4.  When the code is redistributed, the files ORTH.TXT and VQ.TXT should be kept intact and not changed.

5.  License is freely granted for development and commercialization of the player or decoder (but not the encoder).

6.  License is only needed to feature the technology on a commercial website and for this, contact ReddiSS@AOL.COM.
